So, process your emotions of the past year in the first 7 days of Paryushan Mahaparva, and seek forgiveness on the 8th day.

At the same time, plan how you envision your future year. How would you like to do things differently this year? Discuss your learnings from the past year and how you plan to implement them in the coming year.
